This cashback promotion will only apply to the Getau merchant partners.
Each account can only be registered with one bankcard. Once confirmed, the registered card cannot be changed (contact Getau customer service for any alteration). Subsequent cashback will be issued on this card. Please make sure the consistency of the card number and account name. Invalid bank details will result in loss of eligibility to the promotion event.
Any receipt or evidence of payment must be uploaded within 30 days after the confirmation of service completion from the merchant. Otherwise, the cashback promotion will not be available.
The receipt or evidence of payment is the only proof to validate a cashback. The receipts uploaded for cashback must be an actual transaction and fulfil the requirements for validation purpose. Duplicate receipts will not be accepted. Please make sure the picture of the receipt is clear. Any obscure information will result in loss of eligibility for redemption.
If it is a participant's personal issue, such as device compatibility, APP updating failure, card loss or change of card details, cashback would not be granted, and the organiser does not bear the responsibility.
Participants should inform Getau and return redeemed cashback in time if they choose to cancel service.
This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, without any particular notification.
Participants in the event are subject to relevant Chinese and Australian regulations. In order to make more Participants to enjoy the benefits of this event, Participants who use or suspected to use the rules of the violation or improperly to obtain the GETAU Cashback offers and the tools they use, including but not limited to mobile phone number, bank card number, APP account Etc., Getau have the right not to offer the concessions, to recover the offers that have been issued, and to refuse any future promotions from Getau.
